Success is an individual perception and specific to each individual.

As Mahatma Gandhi said..success is not a destination..it is how fullfiling the journey is!!

Success is a continuous line, could be exponential for some, step form for some, steady line for some and flat for some. This was explained by my father in law...long time back. And believe in it.
